Sensitivity of the regional climate model ALARO-0 to land surface changes

This poster had very good, innovative scientific content, presented in a clear and concise way. The unanimous view of the selection committee was that the layout of the material was logical, well-structured and very attractive.

The evaluation and selection was based on the criteria:

  • Scientific quality;
  • Innovativeness of the approach;
  • Potential impacts of the results;
  • Presentation aspects, including clarity of the message to readers of the poster.

Award

The award consists of one registration fee waiver for the EMS Annual Meeting 2017 in Dublin, a certificate and a trophy which will both be handed out during the Awards Session in Dublin. The poster will be on display in Dublin and be highlighted on the EMS website as example of Best Practice.
