Side meeting request
For side meetings organized by participants during the course of the conference, 12–16 September 2016, the EMS has reserved one extra room free of charge for the side meeting organizer(s). This room is not available for booking as an extension of a session. These kinds of requests will automatically be withdrawn.
Please note, that every participant of a side meeting must be registered for the EMS&ECAC 2016.
The room (u-shaped for 25 persons) is equipped with one data projector (beamer) and can be reserved for the following time blocks, whereby a maximum of two successive time blocks can be blocked per side meeting:

Please study the side meeting overview before you make a reservation. Your request will be handled by Copernicus Meetings on a first come-first served basis. Your side meeting will be scheduled in the next few days and will then automatically be shown in the side meeting overview. You will only be contacted by us in case any questions may arise.
